english sunshine

 happy monday, everyone! hope you all had a pleasant weekend- i definitely did! it was my last full weekend in bath (yes, i'm teary) so we tried to take advantage of every little opportunity.

the weather was simply beautiful on sunday, so taylor and i decided to go on a walk around our neighborhood. we knew we wouldn't have many more opportunities to explore, and we just really were not in the mood to study for finals. 

and can i just say, sunshine is one of the best therapies. so is making snowflakes. we did that too. things have been insanely busy with finishing classes, writing a dissertation and preparing for finals. focusing on something other than that, even if for a short while, really does help.

on another note, i've just recently received this top from surfdome, an online lifestyle store. i ordered the top around autumn break back in october so i've had a few chances to wear it, and guys- i love it! its really wonderful for this time of year too since it can be layered with just about anything. and that fig color might be my current favorite this season. (i have a berry naughty essie nail polish to match!)
