Gift Wrapping Ideas

Happy Saturday, readers! As you're grabbing your cup of jo (or tea, i've switched to tea) and laying out your plans for the day, I wanted share a bit on wrapping presents! Saturdays, in my opinion, around this time of year should be devoted to all things Christmas-- and that includes wrapping presents (and fudge, but shhh). Gift wrapping is something that I always look forward to, but always seem to put off to the very last minute. And then there I am....phoewing the tuffs of hair out of my eyes as i huddle over last year's been-there-done-that's of scraps and ideas.

And not that wrapping is everything... I have gotten/given plenty of lovely gifts that were prefectly housed in a plastic target bag. And then you know, there's always the "its the thought that counts" yadda yadda. But isn't there just something super exciting about ripping through pretty wrapping paper or untying ahem, cutting through a large ribbon?

In a perfect world with no limits on my time or bank account, I would wrap all of my gifts intricately with homemade bows. But lets be honest (refer to last sentence of paragraph one).

I've complied a few (hopefully) newer ways to wrap your gifts this year in case you're in need of a little inspiration. Hope its helpful!

//With twigs and yarn.

//Love the idea of multiple ribbons.

//Homemade snowflakes and pom poms.

//Maybe add an ornament or two.

//With wash tape.

//Use feathers.

//A new type of gift tag

//Chalkboard Wraps.

//A more festive way to wrap soap.

//Use stamps! This is similar to how I wrapped my gifts this year- it was a lot of fun and really simple!

So what about you? How do you wrap gifts? If your gifts match, props.
